Job summary

A leading service provider in the UK is looking for a Customer Care Advisor in Manchester. The role involves managing supply chain performance and requires experience in helpdesk or call centre services. Proficiency in CAFM systems, preferably Concept, is essential. Job Title : Customer Care Advisor

Location : Manchester

Salary : £16.22ph - weekly pay

Sector : Social Housing Maintenance

Experienced in the use of CAFM systems (preferably Concept)

Experience of providing helpdesk or call centre service, developing productive working relationships with key customers and suppliers.

  • Proven experience in managing supply chain / contractor performance
  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

Office 4 days a week and WFH on a friday
