Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via telephone, e‑mail and other software systems
  • Carry out a range of processing tasks and take ownership of customer problems
  • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely, professional, and empathetic manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
  • Collaborate within the team to clarify facts, exchange information or resolve enquiries and issues
Qualifications
  • Some experience in customer service is preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organised, detail‑oriented and efficient at managing a busy workload
