Our client is currently looking for an experienced Customer Care Manger. They are looking for someone who has a solid permanent work background and who has experience working for a Developer and who is commercially aware. It is essential that you have knowledge of building processes typically covering, residential and high spec projects. You will be responsible for managing sub-contractors and external operatives to carry out remedial works and be able to write clean reports to customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to be the first piece of the customer care puzzle with our client and start a customer care division implementing your own processes, responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Conduct inspections to identify defects
• Allocate the work to the correct source either sub-contractor or maintenance companies
• Dealing with customer complaints and ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner
• Reporting into the Operations Director
• Keeping customers up to date with time scales of the complaints
• Conducting home demonstrations to customers
• Inspection prior to the customer moving in
• Setting up new processes for the customer care department

REQUIREMENTS

• Residential or main contractor experience
• Face to face customer experience
• Knowledge of NHBC standards
• A keen eye for detail with knowledge in snagging
