A leading support services provider is looking for a Registered Branch Manager in Bath, Somerset. This role involves managing the daily operations and implementing support plans to enhance the quality of life for individuals in care. The ideal candidate will have significant care management experience and a Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care. - Previous experience as a CQC registered manager or in a care management role.
- Willing and able to undertake CQC registration.
- Experience working with individuals with autism and complex mental health needs.
Responsibilities

- Conduct care needs assessments.
- Recruit, induct and supervise staff; complete appraisals.
