A multi-award winning care provider is seeking a dedicated Care Unit Manager in Brough. The ideal candidate will lead a team and ensure high standards of care delivery. This role offers a supportive environment and excellent training opportunities for professional development, with a shift pattern of 3 nights on, followed by 3 nights off.
