Job Description

German Customer Service Representative - (Hybrid, mostly remote)

Location: Cambridge (Remote and 1x per month in the Office)

Multilingual is proud to announce that we are searching for a German-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join an industry leader in the healthcare industry. This opportunity is offered on a full-time and permanent basis.

Key Purpose

The representative will handle inbound and outbound calls daily to ensure top-quality service for existing and new customers. You will add value to each customer interaction and possess strong product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Answer calls from existing and new customers
2. Proactively address all queries related to the business
3. Take orders and bookings via external and internal calls
4. Manage email queries
5. Maintain a professional approach and build rapport with each customer
6. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of all product ranges
7. Facilitate calls from B2B and B2C

Personal Specification

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a similar role (not essential)
• Customer service experience (not essential)
• Self-motivation and a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Fluent German language skills
• Computer literacy
• A passion for delivering high-quality service

Shift 1 - 5-week rotation (Late Sat) - £26,575

• Week 1: Mon-Fri, 07:00 – 15:15
• Week 2: Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu, 07:30 – 15:45, and Sat, 11:45 – 20:00
• Week 3: Mon-Fri, 11:00 – 19:15
• Week 4: Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu, 08:00 – 16:15, and Sat, 09:45 – 18:00
• Week 5: Mon-Fri, 11:45 – 20:00

Shift 2 - 5-week rotation (Standard) £26,500

• Week 1: Mon-Fri, 07:00 – 15:15
• Week 2: Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu-Sat, 07:30 – 15:45
• Week 3: Mon-Fri, 11:00 – 19:15
• Week 4: Mon-Tue-Wed-Thu-Sat, 08:00 – 16:15
• Week 5: Mon-Fri, 11:45 – 20:00
