Employer: Construction Services

Gross annual salary: £33,000 to £36,000 (depending on designation)

Location: Edinburgh, Scotland

Working hours: up to 40/48 hours within a 5-day week

Benefits: 28 days paid holiday (pro-rata), incentives, pension, and more

You will be experienced in complex multi-trade construction projects. Responsibilities include ensuring teams meet requirements, completing jobs properly, and providing clear guidance on tasks and efficiency.

Key duties include:

• Establishing and communicating project objectives
• Setting quality, time, and cost standards
• Procurement of materials, teams, and technology
• Managing subcontractors and agreements
• Developing timelines and schedules
• Monitoring progress and deadlines
• Overseeing all work and ensuring safety measures
• Ensuring site security and health & safety
• Mentoring junior tradesmen
• Closing projects and evaluating performance

Minimum requirements for selection:

• Eligibility to work and reside in the UK
• Proven project management and leadership skills
• Knowledge of high-quality standards and modern equipment
• Experience with brand projects, materials, and technology
