A leading construction contractor in the UK is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Pre Construction Manager to oversee pre-construction for high-value refurbishment projects. Ideal candidates will have experience in similar roles and a background in consultancy or main contractor projects. This is a long-term opportunity, offered on an umbrella employment basis.
Qualificações
- Experience in a similar construction role.
- Familiarity with Top Tier or Mid Tier consultancy or main contractor projects.
Responsabilidades
- Manage the construction programming throughout the build cycle.
- Control programme and coordinate trades.
- Add cost and design input during delivery.
Conhecimentos
Our Client is a Top Tier Contractor looking for a Senior Project Manager/Pre Construction Manager to deliver the pre‑construction of a large framework of construction‑based refurbishments on security‑cleared projects. Projects typically range from £1 million to £15 million at sites in the M4 Corridor.
- Managing the construction programming through the build cycle and understanding the construction sequence and techniques employed.
- Programme control and coordination of trades, adapting the programme where required.
- Adding cost and design input on the delivery process and end product.
- Coordinating all design and project consultants.
- Managing and chairing meetings with client and stakeholders.
- Already working in a similar construction role.
- Experience with Top Tier or Mid Tier, consultancy or main contractor projects.
The role is long‑term and ongoing. This role is umbrella only.
