Senior Project Manager Dorchester, Dorset 55,690 - 62,682 per annum (Band 8a) Full-time Permanent Hybrid working (regular site attendance required)

Sellick Partnership Ltd are recruiting on behalf of Dorset County Hospital NHS Foundation Trust for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver key capital and strategic development projects within the Estates and Facilities department.

Key Responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:
  • Lead and manage the delivery of major capital and strategic projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop project documentation and business cases, ensuring effective planning, governance, and reporting.
  • Manage budgets, risks, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, external partners, and contractors.
  • Support the Trust's masterplan programme, ensuring alignment with clinical and operational objectives.
Essential Experience of the Senior Project Manager:
  • Proven experience managing complex capital projects within the NHS or healthcare sector.
  • Qualified in PRINCE2, APM, or equivalent project management experience.
  • Experience in budget management and multi-disciplinary project delivery within Estates and Facilities.
