Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a historic, industry-leading Tier 1 Main Contractor, who are currently on the look out for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis out of their South Yorkshire office. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple developments, ensuring all works are completed on time, on budget and to a high standard, on projects up to £20m.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide input for PQQs and tender submissions, including construction methods, engineering and programming.

  • Oversee health, safety, welfare, and environmental compliance across diverse project types.
  • Identify issues proactively, maintain confidentiality, and represent the business's best interests.
  • Support and mentor reporting staff, ensuring their professional development and adherence to job roles.
What are we looking for?
