A growing FCA-regulated brokerage in the UK is seeking a Head of Compliance to take ownership of the compliance framework. This remote position requires extensive experience in compliance leadership within the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of FCA regulations and have excellent communication skills. The role offers a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £70,000 and provides autonomy in shaping the compliance strategy within a supportive company culture.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a compliance leadership role (e.g., Compliance Manager, Deputy Head of Compliance).
- Experience within a brokerage or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks.
Responsabilités
- Oversee and maintain the firm's compliance framework in line with FCA regulations.
- Act as the primary contact for all regulatory matters.
- Advise senior management on compliance obligations and regulatory risks.
- Conduct internal reviews and compliance monitoring activities.
- Provide training to foster a culture of compliance.
