A leading beverage supplier in the UK is seeking a Transport Compliance Manager to oversee operations across their network. This essential role involves monitoring compliance with legislation and standards, ensuring fleet safety, and managing performance targets. The ideal candidate will have worked in Transport Management, possess a CPC qualification, and demonstrate strong leadership. Working Hours: 40 hours per week, working predominantly on a Monday to Friday basis but flexibility required to work any 5 days in a 7 day period.

As part of the Customer Supply Chain team, you will be accountable for ensuring that all transport operations across the nationwide network remain fully compliant with legal, safety, and regulatory standards. Leading the Primary fleet, you will safeguard operational integrity by overseeing training, monitoring adherence to policies, and embedding best practices that meet both internal and external requirements. Your role will be critical in maintaining seamless delivery to customers while optimising efficiency, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring compliance.
