We're currently recruiting for a Technical Lead join our team.
The primary objective of this role is to drive risk reduction and performance across Water Quality, Sewerage Treatment, and Environmental work streams under the Aquatrine contract.
In your new role, you'll be responsible for optimising resources for OPEX savings, strengthening our ability to win new growth contracts through tender support and manage stakeholder engagement with MOD and developers.

Our ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of water and wastewater networks, treatment processes, and the environmental challenges facing businesses like STS. You'll have strong analytical skills to interpret network hydraulics, proven experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and a track record of problem-solving and logical thinking to deliver results.
Leadership ability is key, motivating teams and inspiring high performance‑alongside meticulous attention to accuracy and reliability. A full UK driving licence, advanced IT skills (including Microsoft Office), and the confidence to thrive in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment are essential.
