Compliance Manager

We’re working with a well‑established organisation in central London that is looking to hire a talented Compliance Manager to strengthen their governance and regulatory framework.

A mid‑size firm in the city, who are looking to hire their first Compliance professional. Working closely with the COLP & MLRO to help establish and grow a strong compliance function.

The role?

• Lead and enhance the organisation’s compliance framework
• Act as the go-to advisor on regulatory matters
• Drive internal audits, risk assessments & compliance reviews
• Support senior leadership with clear, strategic guidance
• Deliver training and raise compliance awareness across teams
• Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders

About You?

• 5+ years experience in Legal Compliance
• Generalist background in compliance
• Strong understanding of SRA Code of Conduct & Money Laundering regulations
• Compliance qualification (benefit)
• Strong communication skills
