A leading commercial company based in the UK seeks a Compliance Manager to implement standards across APAC, Russia, and South America. You will design trainings, perform audits, and report to senior management. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in audit/risk/compliance, relevant certifications, and fluency in English and Mandarin, with Russian as a plus. Excellent long-term career prospects are available.
My client is a leading commercial company based in the North Rhine-Westphalia. Due to an increase of investment and operations in emerging markets, there is now a requirement to standardise all new entities with compliance controls consistent with group and regulatory standards. The most ambitious expansion can be seen throughout the APAC region, particularly China.
The role will include the implementation of compliance standards for the group across APAC, Russia and South America. You will take full responsibility for designing and coordinating compliance trainings to employees. You will also perform audits on compliance guidelines and all reporting will be to the Executive Board.
The right candidate will have 4-8 years of experience within the audit/risk/compliance space. Ideally, you should also be accredited with a relevant certification, i.e. ACA, ACCA, CIA, CISA, CISM, CFE. You should be commercially minded, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently when required. Fluent English and Mandarin/Chinese is a necessity, the addition of Russian would be ideal.
