Qualifications

  • Substantial experience in compliance, ethics, legal, audit, or related risk roles with progressive leadership.
  • Experience building and scaling compliance programs including monitoring and audits.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements across various areas.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute the enterprise-wide compliance program strategy.
  • Lead communication and reporting on compliance activities.
  • Conduct assigned audit procedures related to CCL on-site internal audits.
