Job summary

A leading compliance management firm in Sunderland is seeking a Head of Compliance Management to ensure statutory compliance for over 3,000 residential and 500 corporate assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compliance management and health and safety regulations. Interested applicants should email their CV. Qualifications

  • Proven experience in compliance management.
  • Strong understanding of statutory compliance duties.
  • Experience with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Head up Compliance management within the Property Services function.
  • Ensure the client meets statutory compliance duties for residential and corporate assets.
  • Manage teams undertaking compliance activities for gas, fire safety, and health.
Job description
Role Purpose:

We are seeking an individual to head up Compliance management within the Client’s Property Services function.

The role will have responsibility for ensuring that the client meet its statutory compliance duties to its stock of over 3,000 HRA residential dwellings and approximately 500 corporate assets. The post holder will be responsible for management of teams undertaking compliance activities in relation to:

  • Gas servicing and repairs
  • Fire risk assessments and safety
  • Asbestos management
  • Water quality
  • Building Health and Safety
  • Lift servicing and repair
  • Mechanical & electrical servicing and repair
