This is a part-time, hybrid role withan option to progress into a Registered Manager position as the service expands.

The Role

You will be responsible for maintaining and improving compliance across the service. This is a hybrid position:

  • Home working for audits, MAR checks, quality assurance, care plan reviews, policy updates, documentation.

  • In‑person visits for staff supervisions, spot checks, onboarding, and field quality checks.

You will have ownership of your work. No micromanagement. You structure your own week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day‑to‑day compliance and quality assurance

  • Care plan audits and service‑user documentation

  • Medication governance and MAR reviews

  • Staff supervisions, onboarding and competency checks

  • Spot checks and field quality visits

  • Supporting safer recruitment processes

  • Preparing documentation for CQC inspections

  • Light rota oversight where required

  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

About You

  • Confidence to work independently with clear responsibility

  • High attention to detail and strong organisational ability

  • A desire for flexible hybrid working without stepping away from meaningful responsibility

  • Ambition to grow into a full Registered Manager post as the service expands

What We Offer
  • £20–£23/hour depending on experience

  • 12–20 flexible hours per week

  • Hybrid working (home & field‑based)

  • Supportive, hands‑on director (NMC registered nurse)

  • Clear path to future Registered Manager role
