- Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering shifts.
- Ensure food prep is completed for each day.
- Prepare each dish to specification.

- You are probably an existing Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef looking to take the next step in their career.
- You will ideally have experience working with fresh ingredients and be able to demonstrate good chef/kitchen skills – food prep hot and cold, cleaning, knife skills, good hygiene practices.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Self‑motivated to work at pace, with limited supervision.
- Strong knowledge of best practice when it comes to all things allergens, kitchen essentials and food safety.
