- Coordinate contract operations with clients according to site operations.
- Adhere to Health and Safety procedures and ensure compliance.

- Manage the company’s portfolio of clients, both new and existing.
- Coordinate contract operations with clients and ensure they are efficiently carried out in accordance with site operations and company procedures.
- Adhere to Health and Safety procedures and ensure all staff on site comply.
- Mentor and train asbestos surveyors and analysts.
- Manage and control various projects, contracts and portfolios.
- Assist with tenders and quotations.
- Problem‑solve and address various issues that may arise.
- Smart, confident, versatile and keen to take the business to the next level.
- Strong communication skills together with organisational and people‑management skills.
- Experience within commercial and operational aspects of the asbestos field and thorough knowledge of the local asbestos market.
