A leading food products company is seeking a Commercial Administrator in Norwich to support the sales team with administrative tasks, coordinate trade marketing services, and ensure invoicing accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and proficiency in Excel. Responsibilities include managing product information, handling invoices, and supporting trade shows.
We are looking for a Commercial Administrator to provide administrative support to the commercial team, fulfilling customer requirements and completing documentation relating to the sale, promotion and development of Valeo Foods products. The Commercial Administrator will co-ordinate and deliver a range of trade marketing services for the UK Sales team including product sampling, point-of-sale fulfilment and trade show administration. The role covers a range of commercial finance support duties, ensuring purchasing and invoicing accuracy and timely payments to customers.
