A leading consulting firm in Greater London is seeking a Commercial Manager specializing in Change Management for the HS2 Old Oak Common project. The successful candidate will oversee contractual responsibilities, ensure compliance with NEC3 Option C Contract terms, and work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Candidates must possess a degree in construction commercial management, have significant experience in major projects, and demonstrate strong leadership and negotiation skills. Qualifications
- Degree qualified or equivalent in construction commercial management.
- Experience working on major complex building and MEP works.
- Must have excellent NEC3 Option C Contract knowledge and experience.
- Have experience in managing others and working in large teams.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Responsabilités
- Manage Change processes for the project.
- Liaise with Customer's Commercial and project team.
- Establish and manage entitlement regarding Subcontract.
- Ensure compliance with AnthroJV contract requirements.
- Lead Change Management meetings and Risk Reduction meetings.
