The successful candidate will oversee contractual responsibilities, ensure compliance with NEC3 Option C Contract terms, and work collaboratively with various stakeholders. Qualifications

  • Degree qualified or equivalent in construction commercial management.
  • Experience working on major complex building and MEP works.
  • Must have excellent NEC3 Option C Contract knowledge and experience.
  • Have experience in managing others and working in large teams.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Change processes for the project.
  • Liaise with Customer's Commercial and project team.
  • Establish and manage entitlement regarding Subcontract.
  • Ensure compliance with AnthroJV contract requirements.
  • Lead Change Management meetings and Risk Reduction meetings.
