Job summary
A leading provider of luxury elderly care homes is seeking a Senior Care Assistant in Corby, UK. The successful candidate will support the Care team in delivering high standards of personal care while creating a safe, inclusive environment. Responsibilities
- Monitor the wellbeing of each resident and update records.
- Be involved in the care planning process and implement evaluations.
- Support residents with their medication requirements.
- Undertake staff supervisions and support staff development.
- Act as a key contact for residents and health professionals.
