A leading pensions advisory firm in the City of London is seeking a talented DC Pensions Consultant to join their growing team. The role involves providing expert advice on statutory compliance, DC scheme strategy, and member engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in DC trust-based occupational pension schemes and workplace personal pensions. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a motivated team focused on future DC structures and governance.
Qualifikationen
- Talented and experienced DC Pensions Consultant with a focus on corporate advisory.
- Experience in DC trust-based occupational pension schemes.
- Strong background in workplace personal pension schemes.
Aufgaben
- Focus on growing revenue in the DC pensions team.
- Provide expert advice on DC scheme strategy and structure.
- Ensure compliance with statutory auto-enrolment regulations.

We have a unique opportunity for a DC pensions expert with drive and motivation, to join a newly growing and ambitious pensions team, specifically to focus on DC corporate advisory and to grow revenue.
You will be a talented and experienced DC Pensions Consultant with experience in;
- Statutory auto-enrolment compliance and implementation
- Advice relating to DC scheme strategy and structure, across DC trust based occupational pension schemes and Workplace Personal Pension schemes, which could be Group Personal Pension (GPP), a Stakeholder Pension (SHP), or a Group Self-Invested Personal Pension (Group SIPP)
- DC member engagement and education
- DC governance, including setting up DC governance committees
- Wider benefit and reward strategy
- Financial coaching and well being
- Advice on good governance and compliance
- Advice on wider benefits
- Thought leadership on future of DC structures and links to wider reward
