About the Role

We're seeking an organised and customer-focused Aftercare Coordinator to join my clients fantastic team in Enfield. This role offers the perfect blend of responsibility and balance - managing aftercare issues for new homeowners while enjoying genuine flexibility and support.

You’ll be the vital link between their customers and contractors, coordinating repairs and resolving defects with efficiency and care. If you thrive on problem‑solving and want to make a real difference to people’s homes, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Coordinating aftercare repairs and defect resolutions for new homeowners
  • Scheduling and managing contractors to ensure timely completions
  • Managing workloads efficiently using planning and scheduling systems
  • Liaising with customers, keeping them informed throughout the process
  • Building strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting on aftercare performance
  • Ensuring excellent customer service at every touchpoint
