Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Graduate Property Manager to join our growing team in Staines‑upon‑Thames. This role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to build a career in property management, working across both residential and commercial properties.

Applicants must be based locally in or around Staines‑upon‑Thames and have the right to work in the UK. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.

Key Responsibilities
Property & Tenant Management
  • Act as main point of contact for tenants, handling queries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Support tenant communications including notices, updates, and renewals.
  • Assist in managing day‑to‑day operations across HMOs, flats, and office spaces.
Maintenance & Compliance
  • Help schedule and track property maintenance, inspections, and safety checks.
  • Liaise with contractors and service providers to ensure timely and high‑quality repairs.
  • Support compliance with property regulations and HMO licensing requirements.
Administration & Record Keeping
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and databases for property activities.
  • Assist in preparing reports, lease agreements, and documentation.
  • Keep compliance and safety certification records up to date.
Financial Support
  • Support the processing of invoices, rent payments, and financial reports.
  • Assist with budgeting and management reporting tasks.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Recent graduate—ideally in Property Management, Real Estate, Business, or a related field (open to all disciplines).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Eagerness to learn property systems and compliance processes.
  • Knowledge of property regulations or HMO licensing is a plus (training will be provided).
