Operations Manager - Surrey - £60k

I am currently recruiting an Operations Manager a leading independent Contract Caterer, with a fantastic reputation within the independent education sector. This role is not for the faint hearted – you will be responsible for a number of very different contracts, each with their own demands and business requirements. Your patch will be around Surrey and the surrounding home counties.
The ideal Operations Manager will have the following knowledge/ experience;
·Multi-site experience within Contract Catering – ideally within Independent Education or B&I.
·Great understanding of the clients needs
·Managed a patch of business with a combined turnover of £4m+
·Strong knowledge of both hospitality and retail services
