The role involves managing post-case activities, from funding to redemption, ensuring completion according to the original terms by implementing effective account management and redemption strategies.

• Monitor milestones, key events, and conditions during the loan term
• Manage relationships with clients and brokers via phone and email, addressing issues and proposing solutions
• Identify and appoint administrators or receivers when appropriate
• Maintain regular contact with solicitors, asset managers, receivers, and administrators
• Handle breaches or non-compliance issues, pursue payments or compliance
• Prepare redemption statements
• Manage additional advances or extensions as needed
• Build relationships with key partners and investors
• Knowledge of Bridging Finance, including first and second charge residential, development, and commercial loans
• Review and challenge documentation effectively
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Understanding of the conveyancing process
• Background in financial services
• Proficiency with Excel spreadsheets
• Strong numeracy skills
• Awareness of GDPR and legislative requirements
