Sefton's Youth Justice Service (YJS) is offering an exciting opportunity to join our team on a 6 month fixed term contract as a Youth Justice Case Manager.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with children and their families/carers to make a difference and enable change. We welcome innovation and someone who has children and young people at the heart of what they do and demonstrates Child First principles in their practice.

In the role you will be responsible for completing high quality assessments and reports. You will be required to support children on statutory orders and Out of court resolutions. You will have experience working with partners, children, and families and be able to communicate effectively to deliver the best outcomes for children and families.

The role will be working from an office base and will include agile working within the community, you may need to work flexibly outside of core hours on occasions to meet the needs of the children and families.

Closing Date - Monday 29th December 2025

Provisional Interview Date - Wednesday 14th January 2026

Salary range

  • £41,771 - £46,142 per year
