Job Description

The Role - What You’ll Be Doing

As a Care Team Leader, you’ll be the heartbeat of the service, supporting your team and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered day in, day out.

Lead, mentor and support care staff in delivering exceptional care

Carry out risk and needs assessments and create person-centred care plans

Shadow, coach and develop your team to be their best

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure quality through spot checks and audits

Be the go-to for care staff, clients and their families

Who We’re Looking For

You're a confident leader with solid care experience, ready to step into a bigger role or already thriving as a Team Leader. You’ll bring:

Experience in care assessments & planning

Team supervision and quality assurance know-how

Passion for delivering person-centred care

A desire to build a strong, supportive care culture
