I have an excellent opportunity for a Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care role based in Blackburn.

This is a pivotal position, reporting directly to the owners, and would suit a dynamic leader with a glass-half-full approach who can maintain staff discipline, drive compliance, and deliver consistently high-quality care.

The essentials:

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (completed).
• At least 10 years' sector experience, including 5+ years at RM/Senior Ops level.
• Proven management of 2000+ hours of domiciliary care per week.
• Strong track record in CQC compliance and inspections.
• Confident, solutions-focused leader with excellent communication skills.

The opportunity:
