A progressive care organization in Slough seeks a Registered Manager for a children's home. The role involves leading a team, ensuring compliance with regulations, and delivering high-quality care. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in childcare and leadership, with a focus on making a positive impact on children's lives.
Our client is looking to recruit a Registsred Manager based in their new 4 bed children's home based in Slough. The companies key focus and approach is centred around Therapeutic Support, Specialised Care Plans and Skill Building Programmes.
To lead and manage the children's home consistent with the approach and ethos of the organisation, delivering outcomes and high-quality care as set out in the home's statement of purpose.
Managing the residential home on a day-to-day basis, ensuring it is compliant in meeting all relevant legislative and contractual requirements, including the health and educational needs of young people. The role of a Registered Manager is the person with overall responsibility of the Children's Home and is accountable for the delivery of a high quality of service provision, incorporating care, welfare, safety and security of all children and young people in their care in order for them to achieve a secure base. Supporting, leading and managing a team of staff who will provide protection and support the children with their psychological, emotional & social development.
This is an ideal opportunity for a progressive and passionate Registered Manager looking to join an organisation thats central focus is making positive impactful change for the lives of children in their care. We would also be open to considering an experienced Deputy Manager looking to move into their first Registered Management appointment
