We are seeking a reliable, enthusiastic Field Service Engineer with a passion for customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining and repairing water dispensers and coffee machines, as well as strong electro‑mechanical skills.
- Perform preventative maintenance and sanitisation on boiling taps, water dispensers, and coffee machines.
- Install and commission commercial coffee machines and water equipment.
- Respond to breakdowns and carry out call‑out repairs.
- Ensure optimal performance and taste quality of coffee and water systems.
- Provide customer training on equipment use and maintenance.
- Complete detailed service reports and job documentation.
- Maintain stock levels and parts in the service vehicle.
- Experience: 2+ years in water dispensers, coffee machines, vending, or similar field (preferred).
- Strong electro‑mechanical diagnostic and repair ability.
- Basic plumbing skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service.
- Professional and reliable.
- Ability to manage van stock and field operations independently.
- Driving licence: Full UK driving licence required.
- Pay: £38,000-£40,000 per year (depending on experience).
