  • Book vehicles into the workshop and provide updates on progress.
  • Support the aftersales team and assist the Service Manager with daily operations.
  • Manage customer expectations with professionalism.

Location: Darlington
Basic Salary: £26,000 - OTE £35,000
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm - 1 Hour Lunch

Service Advisor Duties
  • Welcome customers bringing their vehicles in for scheduled and unscheduled servicing and repairs
  • Book vehicles into the workshop and provide updates on progress
  • Support the aftersales team, including workshop controllers, and assist the Service Manager with the day to day running of a busy department
  • Manage customer expectations with a consistently professional approach
  • Upsell additional products and services to new and existing customers
Service Advisor Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership, bodyshop, or independent workshop
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Willing to work weekends
