Qualifications
- Experience in a service, commissioning or support role related to Audio Visual.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting and diagnosing hardware and software faults.
- Ability to support and maintain Crestron and Control4 systems.
Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance on integrated AV systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose faults across audio, video, and networking systems.
- Support and maintain Crestron and Control4 systems.
Skills
Experience in the custom install / Audio Visual industry
Strong working knowledge of IP networking
Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Crestron and/or Control4 systems
Comfortable working autonomously
