• Time-served apprenticeship in mechanical/electrical discipline.
• IOSH trained.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques and CMMS systems.
• Familiarity with CDM policies and practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and liaise across departments.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Health & Safety and Environmental policies for compliance.
• Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance duties.
• Respond quickly to plant equipment issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Support installation of new technology and equipment.
• Maintain records using CMMS systems.
• Promote safe working practices and PPE compliance.
• Contribute to cost reduction initiatives.
