A leading marketing agency in Greater London seeks an experienced B2B event marketer to lead event marketing campaigns. The role requires a proven track record in event marketing and strong leadership skills, focusing on driving delegate acquisition and revenue growth. You will manage a small team and ensure high-quality output for each campaign. Ideal candidates are proactive, organized, and have demonstrated success in managing teams and driving marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven B2B event marketing experience, ideally as a Head of Marketing or Senior Marketing Manager.
- Strong leadership experience with a track record of team development.
- Demonstrable success in driving revenue through marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of all event marketing campaigns.
- Manage and mentor 2 direct reports, fostering development.
- Take ownership of marketing systems and data reporting.
