We’re looking for a commercially minded Performance Marketing Manager to drive growth across both our SME and Enterprise segments. You’ll own our acquisition strategy end-to-end — from attracting new SME customers through our digital channels, to building pipeline and demand for Enterprise sales.
This role is all about measurable impact: planning, executing, and optimising paid marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, improve ROI, and fuel our ambitious growth targets and growing our organic reach through SEO.
You’ll also own our conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategy and roadmap for thefirstmile.co.uk, working closely with our UX Designer to deliver an exceptional onsite experience that converts visitors into customers.
