What You’ll Do

As a Business Analyst, you’ll be the bridge between our clients, product, and engineering teams -translating business needs into smart, scalable software solutions. You’ll :

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Analyse business and technical issues, triaging and ensuring smooth resolutions
• Configure and test software to meet customer needs
• Support product enhancements and advise on scope of new development
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation

This is a dynamic, hands on role where your insight and expertise will directly influence product quality, client satisfaction, and overall business success.

What you'll bring

• Background in Banking, Treasury, or Financial Software environments
• Strong analytical mindset and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with SQL and / or Power BI a plus
