We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing AI Lab, working at the intersection of business challenges and cutting‑edge AI solutions. You’ll identify high‑value use cases, translate requirements into clear user stories, and collaborate with developers, architects and stakeholders to deliver transformative AI products.

What you’ll do :

• Identify AI / automation opportunities across service lines
• Lead stakeholder sessions and define business needs
• Translate requirements into user stories & process flows
• Support business cases, prioritisation, UAT and benefits tracking
• Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery

What we’re looking for :

• Experience in tech-enabled change (AI / automation / analytics ideal)
• Strong analytical & communication skills
• Comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams
• Familiar with agile delivery
• Bonus: professional services, digital transformation, UX / UX or ML exposure
