Leading residential developer is looking for two experienced Assistant Site Managers to work on a high profile phased development near Crawley. Candidates must have experience working with established house builders.
- You will work with a Site Manager and support him and lead the site during holiday periods.
- You will manage large complex sites with a variety of property types, from apartments to 2/3/4 bedroomed homes.
- The sites have been running for a number of months and will continue for many years with various phases running concurrently.
- Leading salary, car/car allowance, bonus and benefits package.
- Ongoing training and career development within a reputable organisation.
- Graduate or Managers CSCS.
- First Aid qualifications.
- Experience working with other established house builders.
- Location: Worthing, West Sussex
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: Full Time
