Overview

Site Manager - Cambridge – Up to £230 per day. Our client, a leading nationwide construction contractor, seeks an experienced site manager for FRA and external planned maintenance projects to street properties and tower blocks around Cambridgeshire.

Responsibilities

• Manage sub-contractors and direct operatives.
• Lead the site team to deliver works to specification.
• Oversee delivery of works to specification.
• Manage several direct reports including RLOs and office staff.
• Conduct pre & post inspections of works.
• Carry out health & safety & quality checks.
