Responsibilities

• Manage the site day-to-day, ensuring delivery aligns with project plans.
• Interpret drawings accurately and manage changes as they arise.
• Coordinate subcontractors efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee high-end finishes and maintain quality assurance.
• Ensure all trades understand their scopes and have proper access to drawings.
• Maintain strong communication across the site regarding instructions and inquiries.
• Drive health and safety compliance on site.
• Resolve issues proactively to maintain program progress.
