A leading care provider in Melton Constable is seeking a passionate Cook to deliver a high-quality catering service. You will prepare a variety of meals, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and monitor stock levels. A valid UK driving licence is essential. Formación
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
- Experience in catering or a similar role is preferred.

Hours: Variable, Bank position
Location: Melton Constable, Norfolk
The Cook will provide, manage and develop a high quality catering service for the people they support, operate a safe, professional and cost effective catering service complying with all statutory requirements. To provide a high quality food catering service within the allocated budget, whilst promoting healthy eating and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, in partnership with the wider staff team.
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals to meet the dietary needs and preferences of the people we support
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen at all times
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Monitor stock levels and place orders
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail with a passion for keeping busy, you will enjoy working in a busy kitchen that provides excellent meals and snacks to residents with learning disabilities and autism.
To undertake this role, it is essential that you hold a valid UK driving licence
