Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum + Performance Bonus (potential to earn up to £15,000£17,000 in bonus p.a) + Company Vehicle + Benefits (25 days holiday + banks, 5% matched pension) OTE £65,000-£77,000 per annum

Our client is a rapidly expanding turnkey engineering company specialising in environmentally sustainable solutions. Their focus areas include industrial heat recovery and air pollution control. Based in the Northwest of England, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Service Sales Manager to drive service-based sales and contribute to our clients growth strategy.
The Service Sales Manager is a key role for an experienced technical sales professional with a successful history in service-based sales and a solid technical background in industrial burner systems, LEV systems, HVAC, or mechanical engineering solutions.
- Lead the expansion of service-based sales across the UK and Ireland, achieving or exceeding annual revenue and profit targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive communication, site visits, and responsive support.
- Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and cost analyses while providing technical and commercial input during tendering, negotiation, and project delivery.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities, service offerings, and customer segments to support business growth.
- Work closely with the Service Manager, Managing Director, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal engineers to ensure effective service delivery and performance.
- Support service forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning activities, while monitoring competitor activity and contributing to continuous business improvement.
- A strong track record in service-based technical engineering sales is essential
- Experience with burner systems, LEV systems, HVAC, pump systems, or other mechanical systems is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of systems such as thermal oxidisers, LEL systems, and process air handling would be beneficial however not essential.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organisational abilities.
- Must be flexible to travel to client sites throughout the UK & Ireland
- Full UK driving licence
