A leading recruitment firm is looking for a Heat Pump Telesales Manager to capitalize on a growing market. In this role, you will qualify and convert leads from installers into contracts while providing support for their project specifications. The position offers a competitive salary of £30,000 – £35,000 with the potential to earn uncapped commission based on sales. Ideal candidates will have sales experience and technical knowledge of heat pump systems, thriving in a sales-driven environment.
Tired of long days on the road visiting customers, fancy a change of pace with a high sales conversion rate and uncapped commission? This role will allow you to take your sales experience and technical knowledge on Heat Pumps and apply it to a static sales role without putting 100's of miles on the clock every week. It's a Telesales Manager role for Heat Pumps but with a twist, you aren't selling direct to end customers, rather selling this company's Heat Pump Framework to Plumbers and Heating Engineers looking to get into Heat Pumps.
This company started in 2016 and have grown to become one of the UK's most established and effective suppliers, installers and service providers for Heat Pumps. They are experts and installing and servicing ASHP, GSHP, UFH and other heating systems themselves but they also act as an Umbrella Framework for other Installers. They have built an installer network nationwide for which they provide the structure for heating companies to diversify into heat pump installation. They provide other businesses with the specification, design for heat pump installations, supply them the units and materials to install and even send their own Engineers along to commission, snag and sign off the system, taking care of all of the MCS paperwork as well.
They have recently increased their marketing and have a huge volume of inbound leads from Plumbers, Installers and Heating Companies looking to get into Heat Pumps. Companies might be enquiring for an upcoming Heat Pump project they have or might simply want to get set up and accredited to join the installer network.
You will take the leads, qualify them, sign companies up and pass across to the delivery team for them to do the specifications and designs for the projects. You will get new companies signed up to the installer network and get them booked onto the free in house Heat Pump training. From there, your job is done.
The commission structure is 2% of Gross Sales per project. So if you sign up a company who has 10 heat pump jobs with a gross sales value of £150K, your commission would be £3000. The expectation is that you will double your basic salary in earnings each year but commission is completely uncapped so could well be more!
