Responsibilities

• Drive the commercial strategy across major contracts and bids.
• Lead robust NEC contract administration including change control.
• Oversee subcontracting and supply-chain arrangements.
• Partner with Procurement on sourcing strategies.
• Coach Quantity Surveyors and project teams.
