We are growing our European Sales team and have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our Cyber Security Sales team. We are a High-Performance sales organization, which thrives by working with our customers—often industry leaders—solving complex business challenges and positioning solutions in your focus area together with our skilled Presales and Solutioning organizations. You will also work closely with technical experts to expand the value proposition toward your client and offer the full stack. You will lead cross‑sell initiatives to existing platinum clients on behalf of multiple business initiatives. You will be regarded as a business leader and problem solver by your customer, serving as their trusted advisor on cyber security solutions.

All successful candidates will be required to hold SC clearance or be eligible for vetting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver sales results and contribute to revenue results for the EMEA Region.
  • Grow pipeline through existing accounts and new logo accounts.
  • Work to close deals using selling best practices (client call plans, close plans, sales strategies).
  • Cultivate client relationships to foster further growth for DXC.
  • Address complex client business problems by applying cyber security offerings, developing compelling value propositions based on a solid business case and its overall impact on the client's agenda and company goals.
  • Participate and collaborate with regional industry teams and leaders, account leaders, and other offering sellers.
  • Work closely with colleagues across other offerings to maximize DXC services/value to clients.
  • Create, drive, and deliver sales forecasts to meet or exceed budgets in a transparent, predictable manner—weekly cadences and status reporting on pipeline, deals, clients, etc.
Relevant Skills & Experience:
  • Sales experience and success in delivering or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Demonstrable years of experience in cyber security services & product sales with successful sales execution and client engagement.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Pre‑existing network of clients and relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and prospective clients.
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills.
  • Strong communication skills to listen to the client and articulate solutions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel.
