I am excited to be working with an events venue in Northampton who are looking for a Venue & Sales Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for the day to day operations, training and development of the team, and supporting in driving sales to maximise revenue. You must be self-motivated, passionate about providing an amazing service, with a background in events.
Key Responsibilities:
- End to end event management
- Overseeing operations on site
- Building client and supplier relationships
- Cost control
- Focus on guest satisfaction delivering 5 star service
The ideal candidate:
- Previous venue sales and operations experience
