Position: Full‑Time
Location: East London
Salary: Up to £45,000 basic + OTE £90,000
Working Pattern: Full‑Time

About the Role:

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales across a prestigious residential development, managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion. You'll be the face of the development, building relationships with potential buyers and delivering exceptional customer service throughout their home‑buying journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and drive sales across the development, achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Conduct viewings of show homes and available properties
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, solicitors, and mortgage advisors
  • Negotiate offers and manage the sales progression process through to completion
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM systems and provide regular sales reports
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives
  • Liaise with the developer's head office and wider sales team
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company procedures
  • Provide outstanding customer service and aftercare
